Great Day
What a great day at Wonderful Things! Thanks to all the friends who came to see and buy.
I sold lots of jewelry, and the black and white book marks went first. I loved seeing what the other artists have done. Thanks to Sharon for allowing us to share in her wonderful gift shop.

Free gift with purchase
Sunday is going to be a fun time at Wonderful Things in Georgetown. I made some cute book marks the other day, which I will give away with a purchase on Sunday. I printed a watercolor on photo paper and then cut them and mounted them on card stock. The black and white ones are copies of my pen and ink creations. I guess there are still some tactile people, like me, who would rather hold a real book in their hands, rather than an electronic book.

Game piece pendants
These are so fun to make. The bee is a scrabble piece and the other one is a domino.
Some of the pieces I will take to the show on Sunday.

Fun project
This little purse was so much fun to decorate. I used a black fabric pen and drew right on the canvas purse.
It is just the right size for the essentials. Also looks very artsy, I think!

Geisha
This lady is in a 15X28 frame. It is one of the many Asian inspired artworks that are on display at Franklin's Fine Jewelry. Nancy Brown and I will be there this Friday evening, March 4th, from 6-8PM.
Our reception last month was cancelled because of the weather. I hope many people from Georgetown and Austin come out for the wine, food, and music around the square. Hope to see you there!
