Circus Day
Saturday was Circus day at the local Library. It drew lots of children and adults to see what was going on.They had cotton candy, kettle corn, hot dogs, clowns, and a trapeze artist. A big attraction was the paper mache bookmobile that the children got to paint. They loved the idea of painting on this big thing, and no one told them what to paint; they painted hearts and rainbows and anything they thought of. At the end of the day it had to be "driven" around the block in order to get it inside the double doors of the Library. The Library volunteers will be raising money to buy a "real" bookmobile to be used for nursing homes and children who cannot get to the Library. A really good idea!!
