Fun with Family

Nothing can compare to the fun with family; something we would like to have a lot more of.
Lots of laughter  and good times; delicious food, and of course plenty of wine. The trees are all beautiful with their Fall colors. This would make a pretty painting.

WOYWW

I still have beads on my desk and I have been very busy.
This is one of my favorites, I like it because it is round (my favorite shape), and it is blue (my favorite color),
and  is fairly simple, so it can be worn with anything.
The bracelet is a variety of lavender and purple beads, and the eyeglass beaded chain was made for my sis.
Be sure to check with Julie and see what others are doing.

WOYWW

My desk is full of beads again. I decided to make some bracelets with my pretty beads.
The tub you see on the left is only a smidgen of my bead supply. I love all the colors, and love even more, finding just the right ones to use. There is always a surprise down in the bottom if you dig around.
You can also see I am still working on the flasks, sitting in front of my "Believe" sign.
Go here to see what is going on at Julie's blog. It is the doorway to much activity.
If you look closely, you can see the Christmas tree made out of a music sheet, and I love my "glove in a bottle"

Burano lace

I am so excited to tell everyone about the beautiful Burano lace scarf, that I won by taking a virtual trip to Italy with Dreama. She sent many pictures along the way, even some videos, and had a few contest to win hand painted post cards, and other gift items from Italy. I was the lucky one who won the scarf. It will be perfect for this Texas weather. Sometimes the air conditioned buildings are just too cold.
You can see Dream's  beautiful work here, and if you want to go on her travels with her, let her know. My scarf is the lightest of gold, green, and purple...Beautiful!

Thank you Dreama!!

WOYWW

I have been in a flurry making cards, among other things of course.
I showed the beginnings of a messy, card making desk 2 weeks ago.
Today, I can say that some of them turned out so well that  I would like to get one in the mail myself!
I love the purple and gold ones, and the square format. The front is acrylic painted squares; tangled with a white Signo pen, as well as writing on the sympathy card. The flowers are watercolor. Be sure to check out Julie's desk, and many others around the world to see what they are doing.
